Don't think you can read it online, I had a rant about prisoners and this claim they are doing for going "Cold turkey" by saying, this "PRISONERS are to get compensation for going "cold turkey"!!! You commit a crime, you serve the time, no privileges...its not barbaric, its just proper justice system that has been in place for years, everyone knows the rules, its a crime to steal, kill, maim, attempt, rape, assault, bless yourself (see Artur Boruc) everyone knows this, so why is it such a shock to be put in prison and not be allowed illegal drugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
