Anybody see Stuart McCalls comments after Sheffield Uniteds game with Man U this weekend?

He basically says that man U are unstoppable and implies that we have no chance of beating them tomorrow. He says that they were unstoppable and humped his team at weekend. FFS it was only 2-1 against heffield United hardly 5-0 or beating Chelsea!!!

How does everyone see the game going tomorrow anyway? I say 2-1 Celtic.

That doesn't make me fell any better Alfie.

None of our back kicks can Tackle.

If anything Telfer can tackle better than Naylor.

Naylor is good at going forward but a defender he most certainly is not.

I only hope we are on the look out for some good full backs between now and next year.

Aus,
Totally disagree about Naylor, he can defend as well as attack, and personaly I think he has been a revalation since he arrived, he is not the finished article but if you look at our goals against since he came in it is impressive.

got to agree with alfie on this one. I was always ready to give the guy a chance after some fans were slating him simply for playing for Wolves.

I think he's been very solid, and you can see by the goals conceded column how much better a balanced back 4 is for us.

I just wish Wilson was back for tomorrow

Alfie he is a ten a penny championship player who will not be a first team choice next season.

John I agree at Celtic park we can take on the best and rise to the occasion but watching the last few weeks our defence is diaboloical.

Big Mick is the only one who can tackle consistently.

Caldwell and Telfer are a nightmare waiting to happen

I would settle for a draw John.

IN saying that fullback is the most difficult position in the modern game. You are expected to run the length of the field deliver good balls into the box and then get back into defence.

Alfie watch Telfer if you want to beat him every time just put the ball to the inside as you apoproach him and he will stop dead.

I really think we can get out and win this one and ronaldo is the biggest threat!
Keep tight on this guy, dont give away any stupid free kicks around the box and they will find it hard to score.

C'mon the hoops, hail hail.....

Sorry Aus,

Totally disagree again, and I think that is the difference from watching games live as opposed to on TV, and I am not having a go at you here.

McManus is the rashest out of our back 4 and will constantly give away free kicks in dangerous places, but he is getting better. Caldwell is good in the tackle and will throw himself in fron of a train for the cause.

Alfie I will be willing to bet that neither Telfer Caldwell or Naylor will be first team choices next season <ok>

A carton of Cyber <ale> to the winner.

Gary Caldwell & McManus will be at the heart of our defense for years to come

Naylor may be replaced but then again he is in control of the jersy right now and can only loose it
