The run was good pedro, no pain in the knees or calf and did my longest distance yet - almost 7 miles. Not marathon distance yet, but slowly but surely getting there. Plus I'm going cyclying later...

Never cycle is you are intending on doing long distance running, its bad for the hamstrings.

How is everyone today then I am loving London as usual, cant wait to get up the road for a swally on Friday I tell you.

its not serious cycling southside, just to get around oxford. My bike couldn't handle anything more strenuous.

and why are you back in London? I thought that you finally stopped that and would be full time up in INverness???
